BroadSoft is a large company that deals with cloud unified communication software and services. They came to us seeking to create a web-based, data analytics dashboard, based on usage data.

As an initial phase, we worked toward building a click-through prototype that would be used as a presentation piece, in hopes of garnering interest among investors and potential customers. The project required us to get acclimated with their data to a level where we could advise on relevant and impactful stories. Ultimately we worked with relevant data to show how the new dashboard would bring insight to valuable usage data, and ultimately help service providers optimally shift marketing focus.
