GHX provides a cloud-based tool for healthcare organizations to monitor medical supplies and ultimately maximize savings. When they approached us to redesign their web app, they also presented us with a very short timeline. As project manager, I guided our team to leverage the clients as subject matter experts, and attained a suitable level of understanding to progress fluidly from discovery to design. 

As a preliminary effort, for phase 1 we simply created 2 designs, and multiple static wireframes. The goal being to simply establish the right look and feel. Currently we are progressing through phase 2, where we are building from the established design and wireframes to create a click-through prototype. In phase 3 we will build out the fully operational web app, based on the finalized prototype.
